Clorox Completes Acquisition of Purell Maker GOJO

Akron-based GOJO Industries, the maker of Purell hand sanitizer, has been acquired by The Clorox Company of Oakland. The combined company will operate under the new Clorox Purell brand name as they work to integrate the businesses and expand the reach of Purell products.
