A pair of federal grants will be used by the Woodland Police Department to buy “critical equipment” needed to deal with the coronavirus as well as new radios. As proposed, the department will spend $4,967 on a “Clorox Total 360 Electrostatic System,” which is an electrostatic sprayer, with a nozzle that delivers Clorox bleach solutions to the front, back and sides of surfaces such as vehicles.
